1.      Is Slang include of speech communities?why?

Answer :

Yes,it is.Because slang use of informal words and expressions that are not considered standard in the speakers dialect or language so that it include speech communities and almost some.

2.      Is it possible if one of speech communities used by other communities?please explain?

Answer :

Yes,it is.because as we know,language can be fast develop althoght has a different regional or meaning for example like word ‘awak’in minang mean ‘I’ and in malay means ‘you’

3.      Why speech communities exist?

Answer :

Speech communities exist because there are trend that make a group has speech communities,indirectly,it influence them.And than interesting,speech communities interesting if it do,a group can know about a new language that make them have togetherness and understand when they talk each other.and the last there are environment.Environment very influence to make speech communities exist,because we know about something new from our environment.

4.      Is it same between social communities and social dialect?why?

Answer :

Yes,it is.because social communities and social dialect is the social of language that result from a group with the same language and same purpose.

5.      What is benefit of speech communities?

Answer :

The benefit of speech communities are when we talk with our group,we will know about what they mean,and than,speech communities like a group with same purpose so we have a close friends and have togetherness.

The conclusion

Speech communities is a group of speakers who share a language and patterns of a language use.it means that,speech communities is a group of people who speak the same language and share the same dialect,words,and grammar rules of a language as a standard.

The fact that people do use expression such as javanesse speech,sundas speech,and balis speech indicates that they have some idea of how a typical person from each place reffered to as intersecting communities.

Network and repertoires is show that a person can be part of various speech communities,some that intersect and some that do not.
